What to include

| A pet memorial you want changed or removed | Its link. If you are the keeper, use the private link you were given when it was raised — that lets us confirm it is yours without an account. |
| Content that worries you or infringes your rights | The memorial link, which part you mean, and why. We will review and, where needed, take it down. |
| Your data (a copy, a correction, deletion or export) | The memorial link and what you would like done. See the privacy policy. |
| A refund or a billing question | What was bought, roughly when, and the email used at checkout. See the refund policy. |
| Something broken, or an idea for the garden | What you were doing, what you expected, and a screenshot if you have one. |
Stopping reminder emails
Every reminder says how to stop: remove the address from My memorials in one click, or simply reply to the message and we will stop writing. We only ever write about a candle or a year coming to an end — never marketing.
Postal address
Everglow is a personal project, not a company, so we do not publish a business or postal address. The inbox above is the only contact point, and it is monitored.
